San Pedro de Atacama is a small village, situated in an oasis, in the highlands of the second region of the country.
In this geographical area are some of the highest peaks of the Andes.
Its present importance is great because it is the archeological capital of Chile and, located at the top of the backlands; it is privileged by the beauty of its landscapes and the blue of the sky that is always clear.
